Supervisor - Client Onboarding

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supervisor.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client relations and business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the new client onboarding process: ensuring timely assignment, adherence to deadlines, and prompt resolution of outstanding tasks.
  • Analysis of compiled summary reports detailing review findings and processing timelines.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvements and proposal of actionable solutions.
  • Internal coordination: identification of knowledge gaps, resolution of team issues, and building strong relationships with team members.
  • Tracking and reporting: oversight of internal tracking applications, providing timely updates to management.
  • Continuous improvement: leadership of team meetings, conduct of training sessions based on needs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree required.
  • 10-14 years of experience necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • 8 years' experience in team management essential.
  • Maintenance of strong working relationships with the team required.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and team management skills necessary.
