Job Title:

Content Onboarding Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Content Onboarding function. This individual will oversee a team of professionals responsible for ensuring seamless alignment with our Network and Affiliate partners' regional content plans and delivery requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, collaborating with Localization teams, and escalating any challenges or issues related to studios, distributors, and vendors performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Content Onboarding Specialists
  • Ensure legacy business cross-training relating to Content Onboarding
  • Partner with regional Network and Streaming Programming and Acquisition teams
  • Maintain live system records
  • Collaborate with Localization CoE
  • Escalate vendor-related issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the broadcast industry, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational/administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects, clients, and vendors simultaneously
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player
