Job Opportunity

The Associate Director will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team to develop effective content and concepts for projects and campaigns.

  • Interpret business needs around content and messaging to produce results tailored to client requirements;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create messaging, sourcing credible information to craft content that delivers on strategy;
  • Develop content and messaging to engage various target audiences;

The Associate Director will also oversee the content team during MLR discussions and review submissions, providing feedback and rationale to the team on their work.

They will be responsible for creating high-quality content suitable for digital and print materials, as well as ensuring accurate and complete deliverables.

In addition, the Associate Director will be expected to maintain an understanding of how work flows through the organization and adhere to relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Develop effective content and concepts for projects and campaigns;
  • Execution: Work efficiently as part of a global & multidisciplinary team, develop content and messaging, and oversee the content team;
  • Quality: Direct, oversee, and mentor writers to deliver high-quality output, and ensure deliverables are accurate and complete;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, writing, communication, marketing, advertising or related fields;
  • Advanced degree in pharma, medical, or relevant scientific area;
  • Approximately 12-15 years experience in healthcare advertising agencies;
