Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our finance and strategy functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial direction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, management, and optimization to ensure timely payment of obligations and maximize returns on investments.
  • Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead the process of raising capital through private equity, debt, or hybrid instruments, and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA: Hold a recognized accounting certification.
  • 10+ Years of Financial Leadership Experience: Possess extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and leadership, preferably in manufacturing or trading sectors.
  • Private Equity Fundraising: Proven track record in raising capital through private equity or institutional investors.
