Job Title: Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to oversee our content onboarding operations in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment with regional content plans and deliverable requirements in collaboration with long-form content servicing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational/administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of content onboarding specialists in-region.
  • Ensure legacy business cross-training relating to content onboarding, to achieve the new global operating model.
  • Partner with regional network and streaming programming and acquisition teams and long-form content servicing to align on regional specific content plans and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain live system records, keeping these accurate and up-to-date.
  • Partner with distributors, production houses and vendors to ensure timely reception of content deliverables for all regional long content and components into WBD systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with localization CoE to ensure all deliverables are available in time to meet localization timelines.
  • Be the main point of escalation regarding any challenges or issues related to studios, distributors and vendors performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the broadcast industry, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational/administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands.
  • Initiative, proactivity and motivation.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
