Job Opportunity: SAP Onboarding Consultant

We seek a skilled SAP Onboarding Specialist to deliver technical support and configuration services for ongoing SAP Onboarding 2.0 implementation projects.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for SAP Onboarding implementation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.
  • Assist in test planning and execution during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with related SAP modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting.
  • Document all configurations, test cases, and support findings according to project documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with global project teams to drive successful SAP Onboarding implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Onboarding (Consultant Level - E2).
  • Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.
  • Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0 is an asset.
  • Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow) is preferred.
  • Strong documentation and testing skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams is crucial.
