Our client, headquartered in the USA with offices globally is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Onboarding Specialist
to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new hires and will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to prepare everything new employees need to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires across locations.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation, welcome kits, and access credentials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Payroll, Facilities, and Business Units) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and training to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Maintain and update onboarding tracking tools and HRIS systems with employee data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies during onboarding.
  • Collect and evaluate feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding program.

What You Know:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an onboarding or HR operations role.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other onboarding tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.

Education:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
