Job Title: Onboarding ExecutiveExperience: 3 – 6 YearsJob Location: HyderabadNote : Female candidates are encouraged to applyResponsibilities of an Onboarding Executive:Point of Contact for New Hires:Acts as the main liaison between the company and new employees during the onboarding phase. Coordinator

Between Departments:Collaborates with HR, IT, administration, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Process Owner for Onboarding Activities:Owns the end-to-end onboarding process, from offer acceptance to the employee's integration into their team. Pre-OnboardingPrepare offer letters and employment contracts.

Collect necessary documentation (ID proof, educational and professional certificates, etc.). Coordinate background verification checks. Arrange IT setup (laptop, email ID, access to tools).

Schedule orientation sessions and introductory meetings. Onboarding DayWelcome new hires and provide a company overview. Facilitate the completion of joining formalities and paperwork.

Introduce the new employee to their team and manager. Share employee handbooks, policies, and benefits information. Ensure workstation readiness or remote access setup.

Post-Onboarding (First 30-90 Days)Monitor new hire progress and engagement. Schedule regular check-ins with the new employee. Collect feedback on onboarding experience.
