Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Associate Managed Services Onboarding Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring client account.
This role is also responsible for providing training and support to internal teams, to ensure reduction of the onboarding cycle and drive improved client experience.
The Senior Associate Managed Services Onboarding Specialist coordinates client onboarding activities and the successful adoption of organizational services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates the client onboarding process to ensure a reduced cycle from onboarding initiation to invoicing.
- Coordinates all aspects of the client onboarding lifecycle.
- Provides client onboarding support through the provision of training initiatives.
- Produces ongoing status reports on client onboarding processes.
- Plans and facilitates all engagement sessions with stakeholders in a service onboarding project.
- Drives the completion of standard service onboarding against agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manages and mitigates service onboarding risks.
- Ensures handover for service execution to the operations teams.
- Performs any other related task as required.

- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised as well as being able to work as part of a team in a global and sometimes pressured environment.
- Ability to learn new solutions, services and technologies through self-study (on the job and externally).
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work across time-zones.
- Willingness to constantly review and improve skills.
- Developing expertise on service onboarding/transition management approach and methodology.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification required.
- PMBOK and/or Prince II certification(s) preferred.
- Certification in Managed Services tools (ServiceNow, LogicMonitor) preferred.
Required experience:
- Moderate level experience in services onboarding/transition within a large technology services environment.
- Moderate level Enterprise Service industry knowledge.
- Moderate level project management experience, principles and delivery.
