About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team at Potters Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and acquiring key partners for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive partner acquisition and achieve revenue targets.
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and approach potential partners to onboard them onto our platform.
  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand our platform into new markets or regions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement growth initiatives to increase order volumes and customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze sales data and customer trends to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop and execute growth campaigns.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to meet sales quotas and contribute to overall growth targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators related to sales growth and partner acquisition.
  • Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape and stay informed about market trends.
  • Customer Retention & Upsell: Collaborate with the marketing team to create retention programs and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or tech-related industries.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, data-driven mindset, ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food and grocery delivery industry or with B2B partnerships in similar industries.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing tactics, including promotional campaigns and partnerships.
  • Leadership experience managing sales or business development teams.
