Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heading the complete end-to-end Accounts Receivable/Revenue Cycle Process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists
  • Continuously reviewing and improving accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures

Analysis - Revenue and AR:

  • Implementing and enforcing effective credit and collections policies
  • Monitoring cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports
  • Identifying potential revenue leakage and implementing process improvements

Reporting KPIs:

  • Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management
  • Publishing various dashboards for Management including ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies

Requirements:

  • Candidate should hold a CA degree with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
