About the Role:

The Human Resources and Administrative Manager is a senior-level position that oversees all aspects of human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention strategies, compliance, office operations, facilities management, vendor management, company policies, contracts, documentation, travel coordination, logistics, procurement, finance coordination, payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on people-related matters.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs, performance management systems, and career development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and contract administration.
  • Manage company policies, contracts, and documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and procurement activities to support business growth.
  • Support finance teams in coordinating payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in IT or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to design scalable processes and procedures to support business growth.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem-solving skills to drive results.
