Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage human resource and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & HR Operations
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
    • Maintain accurate employee records, complete joining formalities, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
    • Effectively manage attendance and leave for employees.
  • Administration & Office Management
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations with minimal supervision.
    • Handle various administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, vendor coordination, and office supplies management.
    • Ensure the smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties
    • Greet visitors/clients professionally and provide assistance as needed.
    • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and communication.
    • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment at all times.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Fresher / Intern / 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
