Job Role Overview

The HR and Admin position is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and human resources activities within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: This includes job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Conduct orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Administrative Staff Management: Oversee staff and coordinate their activities for efficient office functioning.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence and Record Keeping: Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
  • Budgeting and Expense Tracking: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
  • Employee Records Management: Manage employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Office Operations Management: Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
