Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Service Manager to join our team at Tata AIG. This role is responsible for managing the claims process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with dealers to resolve claims in a fair and timely manner.
  • Handle large value claims, minimizing costs and ensuring smooth settlements.
  • Avoid cost wastage by implementing effective processes and controls.
  • Conduct workshops to enhance knowledge and skills of team members.
  • Provide regular training on claims policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Ensure faster settlements while maintaining a high settlement ratio (97%).
  • Invest wisely to optimize returns (3% investment ratio).
Accountabilities and Stakeholder Interfaces

The Claims Service Manager will be responsible for re-opening claims that do not meet our quality standards, separating claims according to vehicle type, and conducting team meetings with internal and external surveyors.

Experience and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in motor claims and body paint workshop management.
  • Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not mandatory.
