Position/Title: AR Caller/Sr. AR Caller
Experience:
A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Salary: Best in Industry ($**Best salary figure based on industry standards**) per year.
Job Overview:
The AR Caller/Sr. AR Caller - RCM (AR) is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to denials processing.
Responsibilities:
- To review emails for any updates and respond accordingly.
- To call insurance carriers, document notes in software and spreadsheets, and take necessary actions.
- To identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor.
- To update production logs.
Desired Profile:
- To understand client requirements and project specifications.
- To meet productivity targets within the stipulated time frame.
- To ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards.
- To follow up on pending claims.
- To prepare and maintain status reports.
- To be willing to work in night shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- RCM knowledge (PB/HB).
