Job Title: Channel Development Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive our channel development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new channel partners, building strong relationships with external property consultants, and sourcing verified clients through partner networks and references.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Onboard New Channel Partners: Research and identify potential new channel partners who can contribute to our growth and success. Build strong relationships with these partners to ensure they meet our business requirements.
  • Build Strong Relationships with External Property Consultants: Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external property consultants who can provide us with valuable insights and support.
  • Source Verified Clients: Utilize partner networks and references to source verified clients who are interested in our services.
  • Drive Registrations and Bookings: Activate our channel partner network to drive registrations and bookings.
  • Plan and Execute Broker Meets and Field Visits: Plan and execute regular meets and field visits with brokers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and maximize our reach.

 

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
