">Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage HUB Admin activities. The successful candidate will oversee the management of HUB Admin operations, define scope and key results areas (KRA's) for team members, coordinate with immediate management on day-to-day activities, and report directly to Regional Admin Head.
- Manage HUB Admin operations and activities.
- Define scope and KRA's for team members.
- Coordinate with immediate management on daily activities.
- Report directly to Regional Admin Head on daily activities, incident management, and other related tasks.
- Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress.
- Manage calls and discussions with stakeholders.
- End-to-end manage exam day and non-exam day administrative activities and team coordination.
- Ensure zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
- Develop and implement control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the HUB.
- Train and develop the admin team within the HUB.
- Standardize processes at all exam venues within the HUB.
- Manage vendors and support Regional Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
- Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Regional Admin Head and senior management as needed.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters within the HUB.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLA)/service level commitments (SLC) are met at exam venues.
- Oversee governance of ViDZ/LISP partners, conduct regular meetings, and close audit points.
- Deploy ad-hoc/contract manpower at exam venues.
- Assist in shortlisting prospective partners/venues based on defined parameters within the region.
- Maintain and monitor legal compliance for all venues.
- Prepare and deploy contingency/business continuity plans.
- Conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
- Handle crisis situations.
- Coordinate and manage manpower agencies on deployment and other staff-related issues and compliances.
- Conduct audits of exam venues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
