Infrastructure Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational aspects of our branches. This role involves identifying and securing suitable premises, managing repairs and maintenance, negotiating with landlords, and ensuring seamless branch operations.
- Premises Management: Identify new locations for our branches, negotiate lease agreements, and oversee branch relocations.
- Maintenance & Repair: Manage the upkeep and repair of assigned branches within specified timeframes.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Finalize service scopes and ensure timely processing of purchase requests and invoices.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with branches, regional managers, and senior managers to ensure uninterrupted branch operations.
- Service & Reporting: Ensure timely closure of service tickets and provide regular updates on branch performance.
- Proven experience in identifying and securing new premises for branches.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with landlords and vendors.
- Experience in managing repairs, maintenance, and facility-related issues.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with various stakeholders.
- Able to process purchase requests, invoices, and manage vendor payments.
