About this Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring seamless operations and timely renewals.

This strategic and operational role will focus on driving efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and proactive infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supply chain management, finance, and vendors for timely asset renewals.
  • Liaise between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements.
  • Maintain visibility and control over contract lifecycles, renewals, and dependencies.
  • Proactively plan and manage infrastructure deliveries and renewals for operational continuity.
  • Drive operational efficiency by monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress of infra-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear communication of timelines and expectations across all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centre Operations, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and data centre management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including SCM, Finance, vendors, and business teams.
  • Excellent project coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to track and manage contract renewals and ensure business continuity through proactive planning.
