Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our organization's IT infrastructure.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and operating systems.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email servers, and backup systems.
  • Monitor server performance and perform regular system health checks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and access controls.
  • Apply security patches, updates, and conduct vulnerability checks.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support to end-users for system, network, and hardware issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.
  • Train staff on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Monitor system logs, event alerts, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and configurations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and licensing.
