The Role of IT Infrastructure Manager is a key position in our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure.

This includes servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of these systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning: Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
