Job Overview

This is a leadership position for an experienced IT professional to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.

The role involves planning, implementing, and managing company-wide IT infrastructure for optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.

It also includes leading and executing the complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.

Additional responsibilities include providing Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, managing tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

The role also requires configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) for secure and stable network connectivity across departments.

Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits are also part of the job.

Collaborating with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services is another key responsibility.

Ensuring cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed is also crucial.

Managing installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitoring license usage and renewals is also required.

Maintaining detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs, generating regular IT performance reports for management review is also a key responsibility.
