Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our human resources and office administration functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing job openings, interviewing candidates, and finalizing hiring processes.
  2. Monitoring attendance, overtime, and leaves; ensuring accurate payroll processing data.
  3. Maintaining proper records of employees in accordance with IRIS documentation standards.
  4. Defining KPIs, supporting appraisal cycles, and updating the Performance Management System (PMS).
  5. Identifying training needs, coordinating sessions, and promoting employee skill enhancement.
  6. Organizing employee engagement initiatives, resolving grievances, and fostering a healthy workplace environment.
  7. Ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and supporting ISO/IRIS audits by maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, responsibilities may include:

  1. Overseeing office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems.
  2. Coordinating staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
  3. Evaluating the office to ensure it is safe, secure, and fully operational.
  4. Managing petty cash transactions and administrative budget records.
  5. Coordinating legal compliance, managing NDAs, and overseeing insurance renewals for company assets.
  6. Organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
  7. Communicating company policies clearly to employees and departments.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
  • Experience in handling ISO/IRIS audits and compliance documentation (desired).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
