Job Title: Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist

About the Role

This role combines 50-50 back-end HR operations and accounting support. Ideal candidates ensure seamless HR processes while contributing to accurate financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations (50%)
    • Manage employee attendance records, ensuring timesheets accuracy.
    • Process payroll, including statutory deductions.
    • Maintain leave management systems for fair implementation.
    • Handle employee queries related to compliance and HR operations.
    • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation and audits.
    • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking letters.
  • Accounting & Finance (50%)
    • Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
    • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit reports.
    • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
    • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
    • Support audits with necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
