International Sales Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to foster collaborative business partnerships.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and proposal development for international deals, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company brand and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities globally to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in international sales management with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Strong relationships with trade partners and ability to build and maintain them.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
