Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage third-party risk assessments for all third parties, ensuring regular reviews and evaluations of security controls.
  • Evaluate review results from TPRM consultants and assess the adequacy of control testing.
  • Assess the security posture of third parties before onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments for IT assets and processes.
  • Lead outsourcing assessments project management.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contractual obligations from outsourcing contracts and review third-party contracts.
  • Evaluate third-party tools used by SRE/Engg. teams.
  • Interpret IT control requirements from regulatory guidelines and circulars, preparing detailed frameworks for implementation and providing advisory services on information security controls from an outsourcing perspective.
  • Ensure IT regulatory requirements are tracked and continuously monitored, planning third-party audit calendars.
  • Represent the Outsourcing & TPRM function in internal and external audits, acting as a point of contact for escalations.
  • Support management in responding to audit findings, implementing controls according to audit recommendations, and ensuring all audit observations are addressed.

Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education in Group 4 consultancies or similar organizations, with certifications like CISA/CISSP being preferred.
  • High ethical standards and ability to work diligently to complete duties.
  • An analytical mind, able to identify complexities in procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects with minimal management support.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum
