Director of Enterprise Risk Management

About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to shape the strategic direction of the enterprise-wide risk and control program as the Director of Third Party Risk Management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving Third-Party Risk Management capabilities to mature the firm's control landscape.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm's Procurement and Sourcing, Partnerships and Alliances, General Counsel, Services, Technology, and Information Security functions.
- Delivering world-class quality across several enterprise-wide services, such as screening, third-party risk assessment, finding remediation, and more.
- Engaging directly with business and senior management, providing guidance and recommendations whenever given engagement affects the firm's overall risk posture.
- Running and delivering on change projects to further strengthen processes, leveraging AI among other modern technologies.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching a diverse, rapidly growing team of subject matter experts and risk professionals, paving their way to success and personal growth.
About You
You're a fit for this role if you have:
- 15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years of relevant risk management and third-party risk management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role spearheading large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.
- A track record of designing and implementing third-party risk management policies and operational processes in collaboration with business stakeholders and across all enterprise risk domains.
- Superb ability to bond and work with various stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
- A proven track record of building and leading a diverse team of highly performing individuals.
- Natural curiosity, ability to navigate uncertainty, and deal with ambiguity.
