Job Overview

Seeking an accomplished Financial Manager to lead the financial aspects of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and make informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to align with organizational goals.
    • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure timely submission of financial reports and documents to stakeholders.
  • Grant Management
    • Manage grant income and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Reconcile financial data with impact reporting to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage vendor relationships, track their performance, and ensure financial accountability.
    • Monitor vendor payments to confirm alignment with approved budgets.
Requirements
  • CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the development sector or CSR-funded organisations.
  • Knowledge of FCRA, Income Tax Act, and CSR financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally, or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
