Achieving Business Objectives
Drive earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality growth in client relationships across all product groups as per agreed targets.
Relationship Development and Management
1. Identify and acquire new client relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions through bank products and services.
2. Manage client relationships by handling activities such as needs assessment, advisory, deal structuring, terms preparation, and closure.
3. Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage relationships to optimize risk-reward balance for the bank.
Product Communication and Promotion
1. Execute brand communication initiatives for designated products.
2. Communicate unique product positioning messaging that differentiates bank offerings in the market.
