We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our social media presence and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will excel at building strong connections with clients, think strategically about brand growth, and be able to turn social media into meaningful conversations with customers.

As the bridge between our brands and their audiences, you'll be responsible for managing both client expectations and community engagement with equal finesse.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery from brief to execution
  • Developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Creating content calendars and overseeing social media campaigns across platforms
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time 
  • Analysing social media performance and presenting insights to clients
  • Managing community engagement, responding to comments, and building brand conversations
  • Staying ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep our brands relevant

What we're looking for in a Social Media Relationship Manager:

  • Strong relationship-building skills and natural client management abilities
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand objectives into actionable social media plans
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Analytics mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
  • Background in consumer brands, F&B, FMCG, or retail (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
