Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employee relationships, from recruitment to retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Experience working in textile and garment industries.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language).
