HR Manager/Lead - Operation

  • Knowledge of movement of employees across international borders, ensuring compliance and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
