The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with HR policies. The role ensures smooth HR functioning to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives for staff.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting counseling sessions, and resolving workplace issues.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and handle related documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
