Sales Development Representative Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and prospecting in the ESG landscape to identify potential clients for our AI Platform.
  • Conducting outreach to potential clients through various channels, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our platform can address them.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and users' needs to effectively position our platform in the market.
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.

You will prioritize:

  • Generating Leads and Prospecting: Spearheading lead generation efforts in the ESG landscape, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients. (40%)
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivating relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our platform can address them. (35%)
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborating closely with the sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression towards conversion. (25%)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed the following KPIs:

  • Average number of new leads generated per month
  • Conversion rate of leads to sales opportunities
  • Monthly revenue growth

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
