Job Role: HR Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategies, handling statutory obligations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Policies Development: Create and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle all statutory obligations related to employment laws and regulations.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operation and enhance productivity.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare reports to track employee productivity and performance.
- Liaison Services: Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve queries and issues.
- Productivity Enhancement: Implement systems and policies to enhance employee productivity and build committed teams.
- Administrative Support: Manage benefits, performance management system, generalist activities, exit processes, statutory compliance, vendor management, timesheet management, manpower planning, and administration.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
