Role Description
This part-time on-site position for a Strategic Growth Manager at GoodSpace AI involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and overall business growth strategies. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

Salary Information
We offer an estimated annual salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional new business development and business skills, including lead generation and account management expertise. Effective communication skills are also essential, as well as experience in business development and account management. You should be able to create and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, and have knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
