About the Role

Collabera is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating opportunities, identifying new sales leads, and collaborating with clients to secure and retain accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a sales pipeline by working on pre-identified accounts, setting up meetings, and following up with clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct extensive market research on potential clients to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Persuasion and Goal-Oriented: Persuasive and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and self-directed, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and other relevant tools.
