Job Description


As a Front Office Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the reception team and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for our guests. Your prime functions include:




  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at the Reception desk to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Motivating and developing the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Ensuring quality and appropriateness of customer service provided.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems in an effective manner.
  • Providing effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.


Key Responsibilities


You will also be responsible for maintaining Front Office log books and shift reports, responding to customer queries, and ensuring all guests receive a swift, smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out experience.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A Hotel Management Graduate or Diploma with equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of Experience or Freshers.
