Channel Head Job Description
We seek a seasoned professional to lead our partner sourcing efforts, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and high-performance team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the sourcing organization structure, including partner managers and tie-up teams.
- Develop incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals.
- Engage with top-tier partners for business activation.
- Hire, mentor, and lead sourcing managers/executives.
- Drive partner engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
- Report channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue).
Deliverables:
- Establish the sourcing team within 6 months.
- Achieve 50-70% sales contribution from partners.
- Develop a robust partnership pipeline.
- Create a structured meeting/event calendar.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/Graduate with strong sales background.
- 12-15 years of real estate sales experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in partner/sourcing leadership roles at reputed developers.
- Extensive network across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
- Proven track record of scaling partner-driven sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
