Technical Customer Support Lead Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This role requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in resolving complex issues and improving customer satisfaction. They will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and has a strong sense of ownership. The ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones is essential, as well as intermediate understanding of technical systems and APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Skilled at identifying root causes and structuring logical recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems and APIs
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk
  • Knowledge of customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment
