We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Teams and Office 365 technologies. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality support experiences, ensuring customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries. This involves analyzing complex technical problems, identifying root causes, and implementing efficient solutions to prevent future occurrences.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development groups, to investigate product defects, develop automation techniques, and drive product improvements. Additionally, you will engage in regular meetings to discuss the status of escalated bugs and new issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of Office 365 technologies and Microsoft Teams features
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and escalation procedures
- Experience working with tools like Log Reader, Fiddler, and Browser Dev tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs
- Experience supporting the M365 suite of products and troubleshooting web and desktop apps
