We are seeking an experienced Grievance Manager to join our team. As a Grievance Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all formal grievances and complaints received by the organization
  • Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation to identify root causes and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Moderate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on grievance handling procedures
  • Analyze recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements to enhance the grievance handling process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills to navigate complex situations effectively
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and impartiality in sensitive situations while demonstrating high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate findings and recommendations
