Job Title: Strategic HR Operations Manager

The Strategic HR Operations Manager will oversee payroll accuracy and compliance, as well as manage employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify salary inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, variable pay, and deductions.
  • Maintain statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.
  • Liaise with finance and external vendors/auditors as required.
  • Payroll records and MIS/reports for leadership.
  • Employee grievances with fair and timely resolution.
  • Employee counseling and manager support in conflict resolution.
  • Foster positive employee engagement through transparent communication.
  • Workplace discipline and policy violations in alignment with company standards.
  • Exit interviews and attrition trends analysis.
  • HR policies around payroll, benefits, and employee conduct.
  • Labor laws and company standards compliance.
  • Internal/external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
  • Onboarding and exit formalities with payroll-related clearances.
  • Employee records, HRIS data, and personal information accuracy.
  • HR dashboards on payroll costs, attrition, and grievance trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in payroll management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, and tax regulations.
  • Proven track record in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
