Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in the Employee Lifecycle Management, encompassing onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal employee experiences.
  • Develop and execute effective induction programs for new joiners, guaranteeing they are well-equipped to tackle their roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with established SOPs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and satisfactory responses.
  • Ensure all HR processes are aligned with audit requirements, guaranteeing the highest standards of compliance.
  • Produce high-quality, data-driven reports for management review and analysis.
  • Deliver actionable insights through various HR dashboards, focusing on key metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, headcount, and productivity.
  • Manage employee separations efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to mitigate absenteeism, attrition, and employee grievances.
  • Promote employee engagement through Reward & Recognition programs, fostering a positive work environment at assigned locations.
  • Effectively handle employee grievances, including those related to the gig workforce.
