HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing the entire hiring process from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders to understand role requirements, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies across functions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Design and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Conduct inductions and orientation sessions to introduce employees to organizational culture and values.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and organizational policies at all times.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced organizations.
- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Degree (minimum)
- 2–4 years of experience
