Project Coordinator - Residential Interior Fit-out

The Operations Lead plays a crucial role in driving Residential Interior fit-out projects in collaboration with the design and installation teams.

  • Serves as the single point of contact for customers during the execution phase of their home interiors, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Reviews project drawings, understands the scope as per BOQ, and communicates the same to customers effectively.
  • Coordinates receipt of materials from Warehouse and validates them against Order / BOQ for accuracy.
  • Fosters teamwork between project stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Shares daily progress reports with customers, keeping them informed about installation works.
  • Builds professional relationships with Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, and Installation teams, driving project success.
  • Directs the Installation team to execute work safely according to design plans, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborates closely with internal Production, Logistics, and Vendor supply teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Understands customer concerns, provides resolutions after coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements include:
    • Graduate or equivalent qualification
    • 15 years of academic education
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Site job experience and willingness to continue working on-site
    • Basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office
    • Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including scheduling and sequencing of installation activities
    • Detail-oriented and no-compromise attitude towards quality
    • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
    • High ownership and customer-centric approach
    • Core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Modular, and Fit Out works is preferred
