Project Lead for Interior Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee high-quality interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish and implement effective Project Management strategies to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation plans in case of delays or issues.
  • Manage project documentation, change control processes, and contract administration to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats.
  • Organize and chair regular project meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and open issues.
  • Oversee health & safety implementation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a safe working environment.

Effective documentation, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction are essential. A degree in Civil Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out with leading IPCs, preferably in Retail, Commercial, or F&B sectors, are required. Demonstrated experience in handling multiple small to medium-scale projects is also necessary.
