About the Role

As a seasoned interior project manager, you will oversee high-end commercial fit-outs from conception to completion. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, precision timelines, and unmatched quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project schedules, align procurement timelines with site execution, and identify risks early for proactive mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals, ensuring smooth project flow and effective communication among clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Safety Checks & Compliance: Conduct regular safety checks, enforce EHS compliance, and maintain adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Review and approve drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and milestone completions to ensure material quality and finish meet client expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, track material approvals, change orders, and pending actions, and ensure complete handover documentation and final billing.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Preferred):
  • 5–8 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outs:
