Job Purpose

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Project Managers (Interior Fit-Out) to join our expanding team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing high-quality interior fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. Junior Project Managers will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects


•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage project budgets and timelines


•⁠ ⁠Establish and implement Project Management Plans


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery


•⁠ ⁠Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation plans in case of delays


•⁠ ⁠Handle project documentation, change control processes, and contract administration


•⁠ ⁠Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies


•⁠ ⁠Organize and chair regular project meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items


•⁠ ⁠Manage health & safety implementation throughout the project lifecycle


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate seamless handover and closeout of projects


•⁠ ⁠Maintain high-quality documentation with detailed records at each stage

Qualifications & Experience


•⁠ ⁠Education: BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering


•⁠ ⁠Experience: 5–7 years in Interior Fit-Out with leading IPCs, preferably for Retail, Commercial, or F&B sectors


•⁠ ⁠Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in handling multiple small to medium-scale projects


•⁠ ⁠Skills Required:

o Strong team and time management

o Excellent communication and problem-solving

o Site coordination and documentation expertise

o Creative and artistic flair with a good design sense

o Experience interfacing with clients, contractors, and consultants

o Willingness to travel PAN India for site visits
